I travel extensively and have very high expectations but, this is a great little hotel. It is family run and you can tell because you are treated like family. The rooms are large and some are 1 and 2 bedroom suits. The location is right down town and a quick taxi or grab ride to anything you might need. And the best part about this hotel are the staff and the owners. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. The night time receptionist even found me a ride to my destination 8 hours away when I couldn't find the ride myself. They then made some phone calls and got me booked at another hotel that was sold out and completely booked online. I was so happy with this hotel that I canceled other plans for other larger hotels and just stayed here because this is a perfect little place to rest, stay safe, and have all your needs taken care of.

staff are super accommodating and helpful. pregnant friendly. they agreed to save the parking for us in front since we’ll be out til midnight. very friendly and pleasing staff. exceptional for the price really it exceeded my expectations. very clean and tidy, front desk office smells so good. the room is classy and comfy looks well- maintained.

I appreciate the hotel staff helping me with my luggage without any hesitation, even in heels! I like the layout of the deluxe room and how clean it was. There's a 7-11 that's only a few minutes away on foot where you can get fried chicken and donuts plus more. After I checked out, I got a Grab car to get myself to the airport Terminal 3 and I was there in less than ten minutes.

The room (family suite) was very clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were attentive to our needs. I appreciated how they updated us and kept us informed days before we checked in, and how they managed to help us with the checking in early.

Breakfast was not provided or any food but you can use food panda or grab to deliver the food. Staff is very friendly and supportive. One of my colleague lost mobile and staff even helped in that by sharing cctv footage to us. Also guided us to how can we connect with police regarding it.

It has a good location. Quiet neighborhood but not too quiet that it attracts crime. It’s a 5-minute walk to a mall and there’s a 7/11 nearby which is pretty convenient. Modern facilities, clean, complete amenities, and very helpful staff. All appliances inside the room works too. The WiFi works but the connection could be better.

Convenient location, nice sized room, excellent staff, comfortable bed and plenty of space to put our luggage and hang clothes. It was also great that there was a partition between the shower and the toilet - so the whole bathroom doesn't get wet when taking a shower. We were really thankful for the staff letting us pay upon check out (we only stayed one night) as we were short on cash, and really appreciated their understanding (we had gotten ripped off by the taxi meter, which is where all our cash went).

Firstly the room was very clean, spacious and had a nice little kitchen as well as the bathroom was nice. Secondly the staff was very friendly as well as the security was great. Location is great, it cost about 200-300 Peso to city centre Manila beach or Manila Zoo. Overall a great place to stay for a big family. L
